The Concierge Car Wash Loyalty Programme (Loyalty Programme) is operated by GB Wash Pty Ltd ACN 611 086 410 and its affiliates (we, us or our).
1. You can join our Loyalty Programme any time when you purchase a car wash service.
2. You will receive one stamp for each car wash service you purchase. Stamps will be recorded in our system alongside your motor vehicle registration and are not transferrable between motor vehicles.
(a) one complimentary wheel bling service with any purchase after you receive one stamp;
(b) one complimentary wax service with any purchase after you receive three stamps; and
(c) one complimentary economy car wash service after your receive five stamps.
Complimentary services must be redeemed within 12 months after you become entitled to them and be used for the registered motor vehicle.
4. If you become entitled to a complimentary service, we will send you a text message on the phone number registered for your motor vehicle.
5. Complimentary services are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
6. Stamps expire 12 months after they are issued and after you redeem a complimentary economy car wash service under the Loyalty Programme. You may check how many stamps you have collected in-store or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and quoting your motor vehicle registration details.
7. Surcharges apply for chargeable extras, such as hand polish and interior detailing services, etc.
1. We may modify the Loyalty Programme and these Terms and Conditions (including the number of stamps required to receive a complimentary service) at any time. If we do so, we will publish an updated version on our website (http://conciergecarwash.com.au) and notify you via text to the phone number provided. Any changes made will come into effect 30 days after we publish the updated version on our website (http://conciergecarwash.com.au). Your continued participation of our Loyalty Programme after this date will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
2. You may terminate your membership of our Loyalty Programme by emailing us at email@example.com.
3. We may suspend or terminate your membership of our Loyalty Programme by giving you at least 30 days’ notice by text to the phone number provided if we believe that you have failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions or have acted fraudulently or unlawfully.
4. We may at any time and at our sole discretion discontinue our Loyalty Programme after giving you at least 90 days’ notice. If we do so, we will publish a notice on our website (http://conciergecarwash.com.au) and notify you via text to the phone number provided.
1. We exclude, to the extent permitted by law, all terms, conditions, warranties and guarantees which might be implied into these Terms and Conditions.
3. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
